Personal Training is designed for individuals looking to move better, feel stronger, and reduce chronic pain without high-impact or intimidating workouts. Sessions will be a blend of Strength & Conditioning with Postural Restoration techniques to address the root of muscular tension, poor movement patterns, and long-standing discomfort. Expect personalized coaching, breath-driven movement, and strategies that support lasting alignment, strength, and ease—both in and out of the gym.

With nearly 20 years of personal training under my belt, I understand that how someone’s body responds to the environment around it is as unique as their fingerprint and ever-changing.

That’s why I’ve been a student of the structure and function of the body my entire career. I hold a Masters Degree in Human Movement, have acquired numerous corrective exercise and performance-specialty certifications, and am currently pursuing the Postural Restoration Trained (PRT), a prestigious distinction that as of 2025 is held by less than 72 individuals internationally.
